The seller's rights and obligations

1. The seller shall process a binding order and dispatch the ordered goods to the address stated in the order within ten (10) business days from the receipt thereof if the requested goods are on stock; in case of advance payment to the seller's account, the seller shall process a binding order and dispatch the ordered goods to the address stated in the order within ten (10) business days from the receipt of such payment. If the requested goods are not on stock at the time of the order receipt, the order shall remain pending and will be settled as soon as the goods will have been delivered to the stock.
   A binding order shall be understood as an order when two hours lapse from the moment of its receipt by the seller. A confirmation of an order receipt shall be sent to the purchaser to his e-mail address.
2. The seller agrees to use the personal data provided to the seller by the purchaser, solely for purposes connected with the sellers e-shop services. The seller further agrees not to provide such purchasers' personal data to any third party, unless directly connected with order processing. Upon a written request by the purchaser pursuant to section 2.5. hereof, the seller is obligated to delete such purchaser's data from the database of the e-shop customers.
3. If the purchaser repeatedly fails to fulfill his obligation to take over and pay for the goods ordered upon his binding order pursuant to section 2.2. hereof, the seller shall have the right to suspend, or, alternatively, reject the settlement of further orders from such a customer.

The purchaser's rights and obligations

1. The purchaser shall state a correct postal address to which the ordered goods should be dispatched.
2. The purchaser agrees to take over the goods ordered and send to him upon his binding order and to pay the total price for the ordered goods as well as other fees, if any (such as postage, packaging fees, COD charges etc.) set forth in the binding order.
3. The purchaser shall have the right to cancel a sent order on the sellers e-shop web site within two hours from its sending.
4. The purchaser shall have the right to request deletion of his personal data from the database of sellers e-shop customers on the basis of a written request sent to the operator's address. Such a request must include the purchaser's registration name and the customer number assigned to him.
5. If the purchaser and the seller agree on access to user name and password protected server, the purchaser agrees to protect such information and keep it confidential vis-a-vis third parties, otherwise any misuse of such information shall be the purchaser's liability.
